I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Everytime I try downloading the latest version of WD I get an error message “unable to locate DLL” with a load of directory paths that follows. Obviously I’m doing something wrong. My last version is 15z and I’d like to update. Does anyone have any answers. Thanks. Paul

make sure you either download the full version and install to the same directory as before
(and exit wd before hand)
e.g to c:\wdisplay
or if you are downloading the zip version, you need to make sure you unzip it to where you have WD installed (i.e c:\wdisplay ,which is the default)
