This morning at 9:21 my computer report a temperature of -16.4F. 8O The actual temp was probably something like 80.4F. Naturally the -16.4 now shows up on all the graphs and on the minimum temp for the day and on my web site. Is there any simple way that will correct everything? I’m running WD10.13X! TIA!
I noticed that it’s also affected things like wind chill, heat index and dew point. How can I correct those things, too? Again, thanks.
in wdisplay/logfiles on your hard drive, you can open up 82004log.txt in notepad or another text editor to do a quick edit and look for the rogue value of -16.4 at 9:21 and change it to the correct value of 80.4.
Save the file again and then in WD you can do action>convert log files to graphs to correct the graph data.
You could also alter the log file in WD with action>view > correct the log file/rain totals - preferred method to avoid loss of data???
you may have to manually alter the all time records and extremes as well (view> all time records> set values)
Hope this helps
