FTP METAR download

there is a difference , it has carriage returns, using the FTP method
have made progress…but now missing every other line…working on that…update…fixed that…i had an extra read line left in the code
uploading 10.29d zip now to fix the metar inserted on web page as text not working with the new ftp download method now
