Is there any place that offers free server space that will work with weather display live?
I want to make sure I understand this right, I get the website, then I register WDL?
And one more thing, can I upload to Wunderground and to another webite at the the same scheduled time or would I need to adjust the time.

yes, you need a web site to host the data
free ones are not always suitable though, as they can be slow for FTP,(although you can set the update rate slower in wd) and maybe even not allow flash files, etc
yes, wunderground can be done at the same time
Almost free, and does work with Weather Display Live, a standard plan from www.e-rice.net $10 / year. Note that his static plans will support Weather Display, but not WDL for which you need one of the standard plans.
If you don’t have a registered domain then www.godaddy.com seems to be a popular and low cost registrar.
