Forecasticon.gif and custom tag questions

My METAR is saying:

But my forecasticon.gif says “Sunny”

Shouldn’t it be mainly fine?

Also, how do I get custom tags like %downloadedmetar1vis% to work?

Shouldn’t they be pulling from my METAR? When I put them in, they just show up unchanged like %downloadedmetar1vis% on the webpage.

re the custom tag , make sure that under setup, control panel, ftp/internet setup, custom web page,you tick, enable downloaded aiport metars…

as for the coditions:
it depends on your settings selection
best thing is to email me your settings:
go action, back up registry now, then email me the file, wdisplayftp.reg

I think I see how it works for forecasticon.gif

CLR = Sunny
FEW = Sunny (but should equal mainly fine???)
SCT = Partly Cloudy
BKN = Cloudy
OVC = Overcast

I’d love to be able to select each icon for each METAR code available although I hope I never have to use the one for “volcanic ash”.
