Does anyone know if fog can be forecast with WXSIM?

Hi Marian,
Fog is automatically forecast with WXSIM, if - of course - it “thinks” there should be fog. It’s part of the hour-by-hour line output, and should also show in the plain text forecast if it’s significantly thick. Output menu option 9 includes horizontal visibility, which is very dependent on fog thickness. You can also view it using wret.exe.
To affect the fog sensitivity (how easily WXSIM “makes” fog), you can adjust the slider on tab 1 under Preferences/Settings. The default setting is 45, and that works about right for most places. Be careful about changing that too much.
