Heres the thread about the atom alerts. I dont know how your getting your warnings/advisories now, but if you want the menubar icons you will need to switch to this script. This script will produce the alert box on the top of your page like you have now, and a seperate warnings page. You will also need a cron program since your on erice as they dont offer that.
