File uploaded to the ftp server appears to be empty

Hello there,

Wd is trying to upload files to the ftp server. For example, summary.jpg. But the file appears to be empty on the ftp-server. I am reading a message in the temporary upload window that is on the left in the systemtray: 141:425 can’t open data connection. And no date will be uploaded. The file name is created on the server, but is empty.

I am using windows 98 (sorry for that) and running version 10.20i as a trial.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Hi click on view, then ftp log, then click on view full log,
and the post here what appears there
also, try, ticking, passive mode, in the ftp/internet setup, connections

I am a happy man. It’s working now. Stupid me #-o, it was on passive mode.
