Its a new install I just started playinfg with it this week. So its not the folders its not the ini file its the program.

I was finally able to get it to work by using the CP then doing the setup on the Comm port again. But each time the computer is restarted
I have to go in change the comm port to 3 in my case then back to 4 to get it to work.
