I know this have been discussed several times before…
I recieved an
ERROR: Read beyond end of file at time/date
The other threads either converted the logfiles into graphs or deleted the latest.in file. However, I did both, and still no good. Windows crashed at 2:00 AM, and when I restarted this morning that error came up.
And if i just double click to go past the error, The data quality never becomes “good”, and the wind data will not come up. Any ideas?
humm, it will be one of the .inf files that wd uses in the datafiles folder that has got upset…
but which one…
to get you going again, reselect the com port and weather station type after the program starts up
zip and email me all the non date stamped data files and all this months date stamped datafiles so i can duplicate it here
By removing them until I found the bad data file I found that is was both the latest and latestindoor.ini files causing the problem. So problem solved, thanks for help as usual Brian.
thats good…i need to remember that one, the latestindoor.inf as well
i would say it must have got corrupted when it was being rewritten when everything crashed
