Error Loading Configuration - Demo Version

I am consistently receiving “Error Loading Configuration”
Website Address is http://www.2jthomas.com/Weather/index.html
files located here are clientraw.txt, wdlconfig.xml,wdlv1_08.swf
modified the index.html file to point to above location.
This is vanilla stuff, wanted to see it run before purchasing, have
not entered a serial number as I am in evaluation mode.
Any clues? - thanks ahead of time. - Jim :frowning:

i am thinking maybe it might be the mB for units
try mb instead ???

otherwise everything looks OK
(i.e the wdlconfig.xml file is where the clientraw.txt file is, etc)

the other thing to try is go down a directory, i.e install to just
http://www.2jthomas.com/
(but dont name it as index.html, so you dont overwrite your existing index.html file that is there)

also, looking at your web site, it looks like you must have large fonts set in your windows desktop, preferences settings…try turning that off, to avoid the image overruns/large font size issue

problem solved by moving up a level (www.2jthomas.com) however since normal ftp is to /weather clientraw.txt goes there too. Setting other realtime settings for clientraw.txt does not seem to work. Set it in Realtime Clientftp/svg… ticked use this for realitme upload instead but does not effect transfer. Clueless again

you should be able to use the other settings (tick that and set the remote directory as one level up), but you will need to wait for it to relogin in or manualy exit and restart the clientrawrealtimeftp.exe program

I actualy use this myself, works perfectly

Make sure the case of your folder is the same on your website, for WDL and for FTP. Unix/Linux based webservers are case sensitive.

I actualy use this myself, works perfectly

I ticked “other real time clientraw.txt…” am using same ftp server/username. The realtimeftp logged on, then CWD /Weather
what do i need to put in the directory field. Seem no matter what I insert
the client raw always does the stor in /Weather yet if I log on to the ftp site via browser I am in the rioght directory with Weather as a subdirectory.
