The GW2000 at my ‘hilltop site’ stopped reporting data this morning. This coincided with the Starlink internet connection being reset due to problems. The Starlink connection is working again but the gateway didn’t reconnect.
After a couple of hours with no data I had my brother power cycle the GW2000 but it still didn’t reconnect. The GW2000 doesn’t have battery to install so assume that any settings are stored internally using a battery cell or SDRAM?
Unfortunately there’s no laptop in the building today so no way to do any more diagnosis. Is there anything else that we can try to coax it back to life?
