i’ve been trying to download the new 10.08b but all get is a 500-error. no chance to get the file. but i need this version immediately because my windchill is terrible and i have other problems too… 
if anyone has the exe-file of the 10.18b, please can you send me the file in an email? i would be very glad!!

Brian, what do you think about adding webmaster contact info? I eventually found it and sent him an em this morning while you were (hopefully) sleeping, but it would have been easier if it was on the WD site (or if it is, then somewhere easier to find).

True, it took me to a German page and I figured it would be easier to “who is” the admin contact than de-rust my brain to understand it.

its back online!!
Florian was able to talk to the server customer support (even though its late at night there) by cell phone
and its rebooted and fixed…
first big crash after 2 years of running
the problem was a download click count script where the number of counts and script log was getting too big !
that has been reset now
I am uploading 10.18c now to the normal server location
