Does anyone have testtags.php & testtags.txt for the all the Davis AirLink variables?
Check the tagslist.txt file in your wdisplay directory. If you find them, you can add them to testtags.txt, otherwise you’ll have to ask Brian direct.
Thanks bitsostring! Yes, that didn’t seem to have those tags, with the search words of Davis & air. I will wait a little bit and then inquire Brian if I need too.
I found these
%purpleairaqidavis%
%purpleair2_5davis%
%purpleair1_0davis%
%purpleair10_0davis%
Awesome blainec thanks! They all returned data. I will get the data results checked out. I think there should be a few more tags available.
look under Air Quality (Davis and Ecowitt as well) in tagslist.txt
Thanks for your help everyone!
Maybe this will help others looking for these tags, see below. I have not found these yet, but I am told they are in tagslist.txt (in main wd directory) temperature, humidity, dew point, heat index and wet bulb.
These tags work with Davis AirLink and suppose to also work for PurpleAir.
These are the names for testtags.txt

An FYI:
Concerning the Davis AirLink AQI data, after going line by line in the tagslist.txt I could not find the Temperature, Humidity, Wet Bulb, Heat Index or Dew Point in the list.
Why would you want them? They will not be as accurate as a dedicated sensor without fans and laser counters.
See AQI Graphic for website - #7 by bitsostring
And a quote from a UK reseller: “Airlink also contains a temperature/humidity sensor and so is ideal for providing room temperature data.”
Hello,
Why would I want them unless I had an onsite David AirLink AQI sensor?
Those tags will not ever work unless you have a Purple Air or Davis AQI
monitor? Be smart!
Best regards,
Only just seen this reply, because there has been a Forum problem with receiving e-mails.
I only meant that the T/H values you get from the AirLink might not be very accurate compared to a dedicated sensor.
I presume the lasers/fans/wifi are powered in some way (like my PurpleAir), so that generates heat.
Is it sited in shade so that no solar radiation can reach it?
And my last quote from a Davis reseller (added later) seems to back all this up: “ideal for providing room temperature data” – which does not need to be accurate, only relative.
