Hey does anybody know how or if we can edit the dirplot.gif?

Not to hijack your thread, but I’ve been wondering the same about a different .gif - maybe the place we need to look will be the same?
weatherbanner.gif - has a “click here for more” on it…need to be able to make it a link!
you can make that whole gif image a hyper link to any URL you like…using html
e.g
<a href="http://www.weather-display.com/windy/gb/flash/"><img src="wdlclickhere.gif"></a>

Am I asking too much? 
I have also done some work on the wind-background.
Now you can’t read the degrees because the ‘empty’ image is in fact bigger than it is in the filled-in image.
I made it the exact size, but I can’t get WD to use it instead of the ‘old’ one.
Maybe when I make a new start - which I’m not going to - then WD will use the new image !??

which screen/image in wd are you talking about?
at the moment you cant change the background of the wind direciton plot in wd
(i will add these requested features though)
No rush Brian. Would be nice to custom it though… maybe add it to custom images and then let the person do their own thing (would also encourage use of this feature).

I was talking about the tempdirplot.bmp file.
I thought that that was used for creating the endresult (dirplot.gif) ??

thats just a tempory file, used to create the 24 hour period ( i.e it resets the plot so that the 24 hour peiod can be plotted)
