If this was in the news I must have missed it. I went to a meeting close to the Diamond Light Source (Diamond Synchrotron) today. The building looks amazing. The picture on this page http://www.diamond.ac.uk/AboutDiamond/default.htm doesn’t really do justice to the donut.
