My default page contains only the following resulting in a “blank” deault page

do you have the custom switch on?
do you have it being set to create in the customise internet and file creation setup?
what options do you have ticked in the webfiles/web page setup?
if you have let me manage the datahtm0.txt and datahtm2.txt and datahtm3.txt, then try unticking those
