Daily 24 hours graph

Hi, Brian

Since version 10.17r, WD stopped producing the daily 24 hours graph. I think it’s a bug, as I didn’t change anything, I just downloaded and started that version. Now I have 10.17v and it goes on not producing the file.

Thanks
Cheers

i am pretty sure i have fixed that…as that was reported…
are you sure its still not being produced in 10.17v?

mine is OK on the web site:

accessible from:
http://www.weather-display.com/windy/gb/October2004.htm

is that what you are refering too?

Yes, Brian, that was what I was referring to… in fact, with 10.17v the same happends, only with the daily 24 hours file, not being produced:

Thanks
Cheers

i have upgraded mysefl ( i was running the same verison of wd myself for 1 whole week (first time ever), and no problems

so i will see whats up

Thanks, Brian. I’ll see, the next dawn, if there is any change here.

Brian:

Nothing happened, I’m already using 10.17w, but 20041004.gif was not produced.

maybe email me your settings
as i ran a test here, and it worked ok (action, update averages/extreme now)

go, action, back up registry entry now, and then email me the file wdisplayftp.reg

note that :
that time stamped file does not actualy appear in the webfiles folder
its localy as yesterdaygraph3.gif

but on the web site its time stamped (ie. the remote file name becomes time/date stamped)

Hummmm, just before I send you the wdisplayftp.reg…

Now, I’m working with no outside server, or, explaining it clearly, no files are ftped, as I have a folder in my computer where people comes to see my files, through a re-direction service. But everything went fine until last 27 September and the date stamped file was created till then…

ah
that will be it

so, i will have to add option to create it localy as well
i will do that

Thank you, Brian

uploading a new zip 10.17x now with that option added to the web upload times
will be ready to download in an hour or less

Thanks again, Brian

Cheers

a newe zip download is ready now

It’s working fine, Brian. Thanks.
