ifranview is a great little image viewer that you can paste the screen shot into, and then you can resize the image and save as gif and then upload to the forum, via the additional options lnik

i also see you have ticked, internet sharing, in the connections setup
try unticking that, too
Everything appears to be working as it should! Not too sure what I did, but reinstalled WD, and went through the CWOP setup again. So, cw2377 is sending data - and it appears to be solid!
