Custom Screen Help

As I was playing around with the custom screen, I managed to make it so nothing appears on the screen. Even when I toggle things back and forth. It seems like I moved things just far enough off the window to make them diappear and I cant get anything back.
Help?

in a new 9.92b, ready now, right mouse click on the main screen, then with the custom view option, i have a new selection, to reset the positons…
try that
(and then view the screen again after that)
