Correcting graphs and extremes after baro malfunction

Last night the barometer on my WMR928 started sending pressure readings about 30 mbar too high.

Yes to correct the all time records you utilise the set values function - if you can remember the value and date of what the record was before the problem occurred you can set it to that and it will stay there until that record is broken again.
In case it helps my record pressure is 1038Mb on March 1st - and even that record came close on November 14th with 1037Mb. My WMR928N has not been running for a whole year as yet.
You could alter month to date and year to date but these will be reset at the start of January anyway so it may not be worth it for just 8 or 9 days?

if you have changed the log file entries to remove the spike data - have you then done the “action > convert log files to graphs/reset graphs” function? this will sort out the spike.

cheers

Thanks.

glad I could help - I see now you hooked up your 928N on Feb18th - that is spookily the same date as I started mine!

Also are you happy with WD version 10.05d and would not like an up to date version?

cheers and Merry Christmas

good advice again from Martyn
the wife and I have booked and paid for our flight to the UK next year, we are being sponsored by the UK weather shop (for their new shop openning), at the end of march…so, maybe we could meet up with you martyn, and the other UK users on this forum too!
and we will try and get over to Germany and meet users of WD their too  …and we are going to ireland to visit rallies too…we are over that side of the planet (do you guys walk on your heads?) for nearly 4 weeks!

It took me a while to get the program working as I wanted it, and I decided that since it was doing what I wanted I wouldn’t upgrade.
