Clientraw description, heat index and cloud base

Hi Brian, looking at the description file for clientraw.txt I am a little confused. Max and min heat index values appear to be there twice. Also I think the date was missed from item 74 in the file descrition. See below

maximum gust for the day (kts)
dew pointer temperature (oC)
cloud in feet
DATE (missing)
maximum heat index
minumim heat index
maximum windchill
minimum windchill
Davis VP UV
array of last hour windspeed (10 positions)
array of last hour temperature (10 positions)
array of last rain last hour (10 positions)
max heat index
min heat index
heat index value (oC)
Maximum average speed for the day (kts)

Out of interest how are the humidex and cloud base values derived. ie what is the formulea used for each?

the date is OK in my one
and for max/min,one refers to humidex,the other heat index (the later) i have fixed that in the clientraw descripotion now
