I have a wireless network setup and my vantage pro connected to my laptop which runs weather display on there.
I want to use client viewer on my network on all my pc’s on my network (only 2 pc’s), but i also want to use it with my pocket pc, using my wireless network.
can i do this using the existing client viewer program, or does such a program not exist for the pocket pc?
Can one be created if not?!?!

i think if you set up WDL, then you will be able to view the real time data as the WDL flash web page
umm, not really thought about weather display live.
How do i get that then and how much does that cost??

you just have to have wd making available the clientrw.txt file, which it looks like you already have, on a mapped network drive
then setup WDL (see the trial download files on the Weather Display - Downloads )
and its only 25$ US to get rid of the evaluation spalsh screen 
I just tried it on my wireless PPC - the flash shows up about the size of a postage stamp when you try to browse to the page. Not sure how to reconfigure that size with the PPC flash player…
