Calibrating 1wire solar

Interesting thread, I recently added a 1-Wire HB Solar Sensor to my setup.
I am at LAT 52 N and LON 4 E, Timezone +1, east of London.
I followed this setup posted by WeatherDisplay and am a little confused now.

“9: Set your latitude and longitude here. Note that its important to get the correct +/-. Places that are east of London (east of GMT), i.e Eruope,Asia,Aus/NZ, the latitude is a -ve number. Places in the southern hemisphere, the longitude is a -ve number.”

I am east of London, according to this I have to set latitude to -52. #-o ?

Since last night we are on Daylight Saving Time, what do I have to set at the timezone now.

Following quote says to set a + value for Latitude as the member is in Sweden and a -value for Longitude.
My settings are +52 and -4, is this correct?
With Daylight Saving Time, what do I have to set for timezone ?

TIA

Latis,
Looking at your settings for Latitude & Longitude on your solar setup page, you have the Longitude set at “13” degrees which equates to +13
