Updated to 1012m and my Web page is blank. I can view the Web page under Setup in WD and it’s fine. I can manually upload it with another FTP program and it’s OK until WD does it’s next update and then the Web page is blank again. I tried rolling back to 1012L, but that didn’t help either. The other FTP progrm, WSFTP, shows the correct time for the update on my ISP server, but “0” bytes in the file. Any suggestions ??

have you checked the times on the files that are updating and does the programerrorlog say anything
i too am having a problem with my web page not being updated but it only starts at 16:00 since i installed 10.12m on main unit (uploads every 15 minutes) and backup unit (uploads hourly). i have found that this is due to the files not being updated so the ftp does not upload then. After yesterdays failure i restarted WD all seemed ok till 16.45 today when it started again the programerrorlog is giving me the following

Brian any clues as to what is causing this as i have plenty of free HD space and memory i am also getting the access violation on the backup unit but not the error

try a pc reboot?
but mikeym, check your file datahtm0.txt
and if blank, then go to setup, webfiles/web page setup, then click on update html file
then click on OK
that might have happened with a fix i did for the background wallpaper /background colour…
i am testing here to see if it happens to me,…
i will try that and see what happens around 16:00 tomorrow

Hope, datahtm0.txt looks fine. In fact index.html in the webfiles subdirectory looks fine. It’s just when it gets uploaded to my ISP that it’s blank and shows 0 bytes.

the access violation happens at midnight reset
have just put 10.12o on will see what happens
i actualy have that access violation as well 
try, action, update averages/extreme now, and see if it happens then too
(i just did, and it happened too me again…so i will see if i can duplicate in the compiler)
good news
i have found the problem
it happened when i was adding code to handle using jpeg images throughour for the web file images…i made a mistake…(i have not finished this yet)
uploading a fix as 10.12p now

I have the Web page back. Not really sure how I did it, but now the datahtm3.txt data is not showing on my Web page. I just don’t understand how WD went from working SOOOOOOOOOOOO well for months to being so goofed up, just by doing an update.

when you view your web site, then go view, view source, in your broswer, and see that the html code looks like there

will try version 12q and see what happens.
version o still gives error not enogh storage when using 15 minute upload started at 19:00 tonight got same on test unit using version m and 15 minute web file updates but not uploaded, started about 19:00 as well, this confirms its not just the one computer.
have zipped reg and ini files if you need them from main unit before i updated to version q
i am pretty confident that error will be fixed
Yes, Brian, when I “view sorce” everything is there. I’ve tried it on 2 different computers - STRANGE. Another strange thing is that the dropdown menu for “Select average/extreme month” is EXTREMELY WIDE, like maybe 2 pages wide, and I have the dropdonw menus turned off.

sounds like there must be some missing html code or some html code that is out of place
are you getting that av/ext selection on there with a custom tag?
it looks like its missing the at the end
try adding to that the datahtm3.txt file after that drop menu
actualy, its also missing:
i will have that fixed for the next version.////
(but we are busy shifting house today and tomorrow)
