Are there any plans to add Beaufort scales to the dials ?
now you can put it at the bottom, as far as i can see.
If that would be added, we are buying !
Here in Belgium, and as far as i know in Netherlands, France Beaufort is used in all weather fore-casts

You can add the beaufort scale by adding a config tag.
See the instructions with version 2.04.
I’ve deliberately not put Beaufort on the dials as it would be very jerky - there being only 12 levels.

Is it not possible to use the data of for example the m/s and use it on a beaufort dial, wdisplay used to work this way, that way you have the ‘detail’ of the m/s and the units of bft ?

The display can do this at the moment - just select the apporpriate wind speed unit, which the dial will display, and the Beaufort indication will be below it. All that won’t happen is that the dial won’t be calibrated in Beauforts but then you wouldn’t want that anyway as it would be rather confusing!
