Anything Weather not uploading

Hi Brian,
Since early this morning, Anything Weather is not uploading. In the ftp window it’s showing a “\” in the path to the .txt file.
c\wdisplay\logfiles\anythingweather.txt

It gets as far as opening the connection, says transfer starting, then just stops there.

i just did a test send
and it wont go past actulay uploading the file
thats something wrong on their end
i dont have that \
but it should not matter too much…
resetting the logfiles location might clear it

It’s causing aprs and hamweather to not get updated too, because the ftp program times out and exits. The only thig that is getting updated in wunderground, because that gets sent first.

i guess i should add a time out to the anything weather routine, and then so that it goes onto the next thing

No Problems here with uploading to anythingweather or aprs. I dont do hamweather. WD 9.97b.

i just tested agian
its getting stuck where it should be uploadign the file…for me anyway …too…

one thing that will help is setting the upload times different to anythign else

Just as a point of reference, its updating perfectly every 10 minutes here.

Every 30 min here, no web cam upload. AOK

i do know that anything weather is getting a new server, and that goes live on the 1st Dec

9.97a and its ftpupd.exe version or later uses the new ftp server name…

now, its still not uploading the file for me,…,it gets stuck…
anyone have it still uploading ok?

So 9.96e will not work?

is there any particular reason you are using 9.96e?
you can use the latest ftpupd.exe thats in 9.97a or later with 9.96e

Uploading for me every ten minutes. Working fine.

Just been too lazy to upgrade and now I’m out of town for the holiday. I’ll get it when I get back. Thanks Greg

My v9.97d is timing out on Hamweather upload and not going on to any other agenda. I turned off the Hamweather and every thing uploaded, Wunderground, Anything Weather, APRS and my web files.

i have seen another report of hamweather being slow…
my anythingweather is now uploading…

so if its not one thing, its the other
