Hello I have a newbie question.
I am using the custom Internet option, all my selected files update and upload except for "alltimerecords.gif. I have it selected to update hourly and upload hourly, but it does not appear on my server. What am I missing.

what does it say under view, ftplog, full ftplog??
check and see if it is try to upload the file.
also check your webfiles folder and see if the file is in the folder if it is current

I must have something selected incorrectly. In the custom internet option page, I have selected “alltimerecords.gif” to update and upload every 30 minutes. The FTP log does not report this file as selected or uploaded. What does get uploaded are the following files.

48hourgraph.jpg

When I de-select “alltimerecords.gif” the above files are not uploaded
also the FTP log does not report the above files as being selected or uploaded. All other files that have been selected are working fine.
Any advice?

i see you are using the jpg option
check that the remote file name is alltimerecords.jpg, and not alltimerecords.gif
in the customise internet and file creation setup
also, try a test update
and then check the view, ftp log, view full log
