All Time Records

When I view the all time records and select “this month” I see dates from July & August & September? Shouldn’t all the records indicate September :?:

Brian, could this be related to the end-of-month crash that I have been experiencing? (I am really hoping that bug is squashed).

Hi Brian,

I have the same issue, I look at the current month of June and I see values from May. Is there something I need to do? In case this is relevant, my computer was off from May 29-today, I just turned it on now. Thanks, Reha, ver. 10.25o.

yes and yes I would say to both…
you can reset the current month to date all time records via action, reset selected all time records…

Actually, I was thinking that when WD is turned on after a certain time that it will get the data from the datalogger and update the all time records by itself. But that is not happening. It gets the data from datalogger, but it does not update the alltime records. Similarly, if I go to View/Noaa reports, I have no data for the time that the WD was off. For instance, I was away from home since the beginning of June and back on June 11. So the Noaa averages start on June 11 and there is nothing for previous dates. At the same time, the current month record values were also all from May until I had to go in and set the values manually. At the end my question is…is there a way that when WD is turned on after being off for days that both the all time records and noaa averages will update itself according to the data that it downloaded? Afterall, there is data since it downloads it from the datalogger and I can see it when I go to action/view and correct log, just that it never gets to update the all time records and noaa averages. Thanks, Reha

Sorry to bring this up again, but I looked in WD and could not find a way to fix this. As I said in my previous post, I was gone for some time and the WD was off, but the datalogger and WD had the same time interval, 10min. So, when I came back, June 11 and turned WD on and downloaded the data from datalogger, all the curves on the main screen graph were squashed together and the NOAA averages did not have anything before the 11th. I have attached a plot from the graph history, as you can see, on June 11, right after I turned the WD on, the plot for that day shows more like 7days of data… #-o

under setup, control panel, data logger setup, you need to set the pad out interval to 10 minutes

Hi Brian, i was wondering what I did wrong, that most probably explains the problem I had…set not only the interval to match datalogger but also the padding to be the same…thanks!

Hi Brian,

I was away again and this time I followed your suggestion and set the padding to the same
minute as the interval…this time to 5min interval, and 5 minute padding. It worked great. But I wanted to ask you…the data did not update the all time records, and I had to do it by hand by looking at the data, is that how it is supposed to be? if not, could you tell me how to get the all time records to use the data to fill itself? Thanks a lot, Reha

sorry to bump this topic, but maybe you may have missed it between other questions.
When WD is off and then you turn it on, the all time records, NOAA averages are not there for the days that WD was off, is there any way to get them appear there? i appreciate your help.
