Hi,

I have managed to get the all day video to work: Sunrise and have got it to work via an embedded windows media player.

Does anyone know how to get the page to refresh automatically? I use firefax and if I click on refresh after the image has been updated then nothing happens. I have to close firefox and then re-open firefox and my website and het presto the next hours worh of video has been added.

Is there anyway to get the page to alwayd play the latest video without having to exit firefox?

Have you tried flushing the cache?

Dan,

just tried clearing the cache once the file had been updated. It didnt bring up the updated file. I still need to exit FF to get the additional hour of data.

Maybe try holding down the shift key and then hit reload/refresh and see if that works.

That doesnt seem to work either.

I have another problem with the video creation. It worked fine yesterday and nicely updated each hour. Today the video is not updating. It is set to start at 6.00 in the morning, it is now after 8.07 in the morning and yesterdays video is still being played and has not been updated?

Any suggestions?

Seems to be part of the same problem. I had to restart FF 3 or 4 times and then the allday video switched to todays?

So the video is being updated on your server and it’s just your browser won’t load the most current version, correct?

Thats correct. I have just got back from work today and found that the seperate webcam capture programe had crashed at 13.43. Nothing is set to happen at that time and there was nothing in the erro log?

What version are you running? v1.5 is the latest I think…maybe try that.

Just downloaded the latest version of WD and I still have webacam capture version 1.1. I will watch the crash to see if it happens again or whether it was just one of those random things. At least with the seperate capture program WD kept running and all I lost was a few hours of pictures!

Actually I was talking about your browser version. The latest FireFox has been working great for me here, and they finally put SVG in so I can view my lightning data graphs.
