when I entered an amount in this box (-0.01") it inputs a record high rain rate in the all time records. befores totals 0.150in/min after entered amount total is 0.394 in/min why does it add extra rain totals to the all time rain totals.

I am running 10.13U version.
This is the second time I asked this question - does anyone have an answer?

i have worked on this and should be ok in version 10.14
